Group visits

If you plan to visit the museum with more than 10 people, you must make an advance reservation. Admission is restricted to avoid any danger from overcrowding.

Making a reservation online or by fax

Please make a reservation using the group reservation application form below or the online form.

After confirming availability, we will let you know whether your reservation has been accepted.

*Submitting the reservation application form does not guarantee a reservation.

●Reservations can be made from first day of the month, one year prior to your scheduled admission date. Reservations will be accepted from 9:00 a.m.

     E.g.: The start date for an October 20, 2025 reservation would be October 1, 2024.

●Reservations made by phone are preferred.

●The reservation time is the time you should enter the museum.

●If you arrive late, we may cancel your reservation, depending on availability on the day.

●Group rates apply to groups of 20 or more people paying in one lump sum. 
Accompanying Persons: Free Admission。There is no charge for the tour guide.
●Cash (Japanese yen), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, DC, UFJ, Nicos, MUFG), and electronic money (iD, Suica and transportation IC cards that can be used interchangeably, Edy, nanaco, QUICPay, WAON) can all be used for payment.
●Groups of disabled persons (special needs schools, institutions, etc.) are exempt from admission fees, on application. For more information, please contact our reservations representative.
